Noodles became a cultural representation of the brain since October '91 when Fransisco Goya painted his famous piece "Sintiendo Fideos". The resulting storm of criticism catapulted the noodle to unprecedented fame. The woman underneath the noodles is said to be Fransisco's unlawful daughter.
